Orders & Deliveries

Where is my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to the restaurant for preparation and assigned to an independent delivery driver. Estimated delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation. If delayed beyond estimation, contact support.

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order has not arrived:

  • Confirm the delivery address in your order details
  • Check your phone for calls or messages from the driver
  • Contact UrbanIT Support for assistance

If confirmed undelivered, you may be eligible for a refund per our Policy.

I received the wrong or missing items

Restaurants are responsible for preparing your order. If items are missing:

  • Contact UrbanIT Support within 24 hours
  • Provide order details and photos if available

Payments & Refunds

How do refunds work?

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be issued as UrbanIT credits or a return to the original payment method.

I was charged incorrectly

Contact UrbanIT Support with your Order Number, description of the issue, and any supporting details.

Account & Profile

Updating Info

You can update your name, phone number, email, and delivery address through your account settings.

Account Issues

If you experience trouble accessing your account or suspect unauthorized activity, contact UrbanIT Support immediately.

Promotions, SMS & Notifications

Promotional Messages

If you opt in, you may receive occasional offers. You may opt out at any time by following instructions in the message.

Not receiving messages?

  • Check that your contact information is correct
  • Ensure messages are not blocked by your carrier
  • Verify you have not opted out

Restaurants

UrbanIT does not prepare food. All food quality, preparation, and packaging are handled by independent restaurants.

For concerns, contact support promptly with details.

Delivery Drivers

Delivery drivers are independent contractors. UrbanIT expects professionalism and compliance with applicable laws.

Report any unprofessional behavior through support.

Safety & Trust

UrbanIT takes safety seriously. Any reports of harassment, unsafe behavior, or policy violations will be reviewed promptly and may result in account or driver access suspension.
