Independent Driver Agreement

Drivers using the UrbanIT platform operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of UrbanIT.

Drivers control their own schedules and may accept or decline delivery requests. Drivers are responsible for taxes, insurance, fuel, and expenses.

UrbanIT may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for safety, compliance, or policy violations.
